Field Service Labor
Onsite visit by a field technician; charged by the hour in 15 minute increments based on a Standard Rate or Priority Rate; one hour minimum. Off-peak hours and weekends; charged by the hour.

Consultation

Turn away Fee
Field technician turned away after arriving onsite and/or rescheduling/canceling requested work within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date and time, based on a Standard Rate or Priority Rate.

Materials / Non-Standard Travel expenses
Any incremental materials needed by the technician to complete onsite support work. Non-standard travel expenses include tolls exceeding $10, parking exceeding $10, any additional travel fees incurred due to location of business.

Billing
All billing will be paid by merchants funding account on file. All field service fees will be debited from funding account within 30 days of service invoice date.
Terms
Field services are automatically agreed upon by merchant once a Merchant Processing Agreement or Service agreement provided by First Nationdwide Payments / Black International is signed by merchant or merchants authorized representative. Field services are payable immediately or billed by ACH debit to account on file within 30 days of invoice date.
